Healthy Snacks.

Healthy snacks for between meals....

Pistachios
Mixed nuts
Boiled eggs
Plexus 96
Raw cabbage w/ salt, pepper, & vinegar
Cauliflower w/ oil & vinegar dressing
String cheese
Celery w/ natural peanut butter
Cooked veggies
Berries
Grapes
Carrot sticks
Beef jerky
Edamame

It's best to do a protein and veggie between meals. It'll keep you full and you'll be less likely to overeat at meal time!
